2006 Annual Performance Appraisal Summarizing and 2007 Mobilizing Meeting

14:00 on Feb. 6th, 2007, more than 200 employees convoked in the multi-functional meeting hall to attend the “2006 Annual Performance Appraisal Summarizing and 2007 Mobilizing Meeting.”

During the forum, radiation therapy experts exchanged their ideas widely. They also visited Peking Union Medical College Hospital to see the operation of the world first industrialized MRI-Guided Interventional System – MRI-guided Minimally Invasive Cryotherapy System.

In retrospection of memorabilia at the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Lei Zhao emphasized that the achievements XinAoMDT accomplished in 2006 were return to the hard work of XinAoMDT’s employees rather than honor of XinAoMDT or that of XinAo Group. Later in the meeting, U.S. Branch, Medical Equipment Enterprise Department and Automatization Enterprise Department were bestowed with the “Excellent team”, “Distinguished contribution”, and “Close collaboration” awards respectively. Besides, about 100 employees won the individual awards, such as “Excellent manager”, “Excellent employee”, “General manager special award”, “Talent recommendation”, “Quality control”, “Best salesman”, “Distinguished patent”, etc. In awarding the “General manager quality control special award”, Dr. Gan bowed to the three award winners to express his sincere thanks to those who had made considerable contribution to product quality promotion in 2006.

Dr. Gan, General manager of XinAoMDT announced a plan for employee promotion. This plan required all XinAoMDT employees to learn new knowledge and to make new progress.

The meeting ended in a report by Dr. Gan named “Achieving IPO goals within 3 years” to summarize XinAoMDT’ development in 2006 and to present the 2007 strategic development plan”. In his report, he pointed out that despite the achievement XinAoMDT had accomplished in 2006, there were still many problems existed. He called on all the XinAoMDT employees to change managing mode from “product selling” to “value selling” and to persist in the “service thought” of “centering on customers, catering to market’s needs and pursuing profits”. He required the entire external department such as production, marketing and after service departments to serve customers attentively.
